If you’ve missed, scietists said fats weren’t bad guys. Low-fat food does not help to stay fit and it does not lower cholesterol. In October 2015 in the journal The Lancet Diabetes & Endocrinology released meta-analysis Brigham and Women’s Hospital and the Harvard TH Chan School of Public Health. They carefully examined 53 nutritional studies, involving 68,128 people. Their conclusion: low-fat diet isn’t better for long-term weight loss.

  • coconut shaving – 2 cups
  • all purpose gluten-free flour – 1 cup
  • sunroot sweetener to taste (or other sweetener you like)
  • coconut oil – 1/2 cup
  • baking powder – 1/2 tsp
  • a handful of almonds
  • water

Step 1
In a mixing bowl whisk together coconut shaving, flour and baking soda. Then pour coconut oil, mix. Add sweetener, chopped almonds and water. Thoroughly knead, form cookies and put them out on a silicone mat or parchment.
Step 2
Bake for 30 minutes at 200 C (390 F).
